Calculation methodology (briefly)
The share of legal entities with a personal computer is the ratio of the number of legal entities with a personal computer (including computers (desktops, laptops, netbooks and tablets) on the balance sheet of the organization, leased, taken for use, at disposal, received free of charge, as well as received for work on other terms) to the total number of active legal entities (excluding dehkan and farming enterprises).
