Calculation methodology (briefly)
It is an aggregated indicator of the price indices for construction and installation works, machinery and equipment and other capital works and costs, weighted by the share of these elements in the total volume of investments in fixed assets. One of the main elements of the monitoring system for price changes in construction is the monthly registration of prices for purchased building materials, parts and structures in basic construction organizations. In addition, the calculations use labor statistics data on changes in the average monthly wage per employee in construction, producer price indices of industrial products, changes in the exchange rate of the US dollar against the national currency and revaluation indices of fixed assets.
