Calculation methodology
"In accordance with the ""Law on Accounting"" of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the ""Rules for Completing Financial Reporting Forms"" adopted by the Ministry of Finance, ""Accounts Payable - Total"" reflects the total amount of accounts payable (long-term and current), including accounts payable to suppliers and contractors, accounts payable to subsidiaries and affiliated business entities (intradepartmental accounts payable), deferred liabilities for taxes and mandatory payments, advances received, accounts payable for payments to the budget, insurance accounts payable, accounts payable for payments to state target funds, accounts payable to founders, accounts payable for wages, and other accounts payable."
