Calculation methodology
Permanent population - consists of the population permanently residing in a certain locality or territory at the time of registration, including the population permanently registered in this territory but not temporarily residing. Estimate of the size of the permanent population - is calculated on the basis of the last population census, adding to it the number of people born and immigrating to a certain area each year, and subtracting the number of deaths and people who moved from a certain area.
