The right to an old-age pension is granted to men at the age of 60 and with at least 25 years of work experience, and to women at the age of 55 and with at least 20 years of work experience. An allowance – a monthly monetary payment provided in accordance with legislative acts to the following categories of individuals-children under the age of 18 with a disability, legal representatives who are engaged in caring for a child under the age of 18 with a disability and in need of permanent care, mothers who have (or had) a child with a disability from childhood, elderly persons who, in accordance with the law, are not entitled to receive a state pension.
