«Number of non-governmental organizations of preschool education (rural)» - non-state preschool educational institutions, operating based on a license to provide non-state educational services in the field of preschool education and care, functioning as legal entities offering educational and care services in this field. ""In the process of calculating this indicator, the following method is used: 1. Organizations that have ceased operations: Organizations that have ceased operations or are temporarily inactive are excluded from the total number. 2. Newly created organizations: New organizations established during the reporting period are added. 3. Organizations continuing their operations: Statistics on organizations operating throughout the year are regularly updated."
