Calculation methodology
The employment of citizens is taken into account in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Employment of the Population”. The number of employed in the economy (30-34 years old) is calculated using the following formula: E = EOs + EIs + LM in this EOs – those employed in the formal sector of the economy (30-34 years old); EIs – those employed in the informal sector of the economy (30-34 years old); LM – labor migrants (30-34 years old) – citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan working abroad, with the exception of those working in representative offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.
