Calculation methodology
The сommissioning objects include organizations and objects for state needs participating in the implementation of state investment programs, objects operating on the basis of complex imported equipment, enterprises and objects for the production of food and non-food consumer goods, as well as semi-finished products, units, parts and components necessary for the manufacture of the following goods: household electrical appliances, garments and knitwear, fabrics, televisions, tape recorders, refrigerators, etc.; trade and public catering enterprises (built-in and attached), including general merchandise warehouses, storage facilities for potatoes, vegetables and fruits; other trade objects, including small-scale retail network objects.
