Fixed (wired) broadband – access to the Internet at speeds of at least 256 kbps through technologies such as digital subscriber line, cable modem, high-speed leased lines, fibre to the home/building, powerline and other fixed (wired) broadband lines. Percentage of households with fixed (wired) broadband Internet access as a ratio of the total number of households surveyed.
