Calculation methodology (briefly)
"The collection of data on foreign trade statistics is carried out on the basis of the “Regulation on the methodology for collecting and processing data on state and customs foreign trade statistics”, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade (reg. No. 1717 of September 20, 2007) in order to ensure a more complete reflection of the accounting of foreign trade in goods in accordance with the balance of payments methodology. "
