Calculation methodology (briefly)
A mobile communications network is a set of technical means (switching and radio equipment, subscriber devices, connecting lines, structures, etc.) by means of which subscribers are provided with mobile communications services (telephone, data transmission, etc.). Mobile communications networks include cellular, trunk, local-trunk and radial-zone communications networks.
