To calculate the growth rate of disposable total income per capita by region, you need to measure how disposable income per capita is changing in real terms over time. This will help you understand how household incomes increase or decrease taking into account inflation. The real growth rate provides an indication of the real increase in the purchasing power of the population and allows comparisons between regions and periods.
