Calculation methodology
"In accordance with the ""Law on Accounting"" of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the ""Rules for Completing Financial Statement Forms"" adopted by the Ministry of Finance, the cost of material resources reflected in the ""Material Costs"" element is formed based on purchase prices, including barter transactions, markups (additional charges), commission fees paid to supply and foreign trade organizations, the cost of commodity exchange services, including brokerage services, customs duties and fees, taxes (except those that the enterprise subsequently receives back as a credit, such as value added tax), fees for transportation, storage and delivery carried out by third-party legal entities."
