"In accordance with the “Law on Accounting” of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the “Rules for Filling Out Financial Reporting Forms” adopted by the Ministry of Finance, the item “Interest Expenses” shows expenses for paying interest on bank loans and borrowings, which are recorded in the “Interest Expenses” account."
