In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan №. 4585 dated September 30, 2020, Toza Hudud enterprises in the regions gradually transferred their obligations to business entities on the basis of public-private partnership. As a result, the number of garbage collection points has decreased that have fallen into disrepair.
