Calculation methodology (briefly)
The number of modules (unguarded) for garbage collection is the number of individual containers, чgarbage bins or special devices designed to collect various types of waste. These modules can be installed in residential areas, on the streets, in public places or in industrial enterprises to organize effective garbage collection and disposal.

As a result, the number of moduls has decreased that have fallen into disrepair.
