Calculation methodology
Number of male employees at the age of 50-54 – the total number of male employees aged 50 to 54 years, who have work books in enterprises and organizations. Average number of employees in legal entities – it is shown on a certain date of the month, that is, on the first or last day. This also takes into account those who are actually working, temporarily not working, but retain the right to be officially assigned to work. An employee registered as an internal deputy within one organization is counted as one person. The following shall be included in the composition of employees who have a workbook: those specified in the relevant articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other labor laws and regulations. The following shall not be included in the composition of employees who have a workbook: those hired from other organizations on an apprenticeship basis; those who perform work under civil law contracts; those sent by the organization to educational institutions with a break from work
