Calculation methodology
Number of male employers of enterprises – Calculated by subtracting the number of male employers from the total number of employers. Employers of enterprise – these are those who carry out management functions, manage personnel, develop and make necessary decisions, plan the organization's activities, control and regulate processes, and prepare information for making necessary decisions. Managers ensure the necessary organizational and technical conditions for the organization to achieve the set goals and objectives, as well as the performance of the assigned functions and production programs
