Calculation methodology
Number of employees with high education – the number of employees with higher education is subtracted from the total number of employees with labor booklets in enterprises and organizations. Number of employees with work books – is given for a specific date, the first or last day of the month. In this case, both those actually working and those temporarily absent, but retaining the right to be officially assigned to work, are taken into account. An employee registered in one organization as an internal part-time worker is counted as one person. The number of employees includes hired workers in accordance with the Labor Code and other legislative and regulatory acts on labor. The number of employees with work books does not include employees hired part-time from other organizations, who performed work under civil contracts, or who were sent by organizations to study at educational institutions outside of work
