Calculation methodology
"The information base for determining the population's expenses for the construction of individual housing and household plots is: a) the results of a sample survey of individual residential buildings commissioned in the reporting period, conducted quarterly in the month following the end of the reporting period; b) statistical reporting data on the commissioning of individual housing; d) information on the average salary for 1 day, obtained from the results of a survey from persons without legal status; e) the results of monitoring the prices of building materials for the reporting period. The cost estimate of the population for individual housing construction and household construction of the courtyard area is determined based on the cost of housing construction commissioned in the reporting period, per 1 meter square meter of the total building area."
