Calculation methodology
The number of dismissed employees includes those dismissed by the employer with termination of the employment contract, as specified in the relevant articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other labor laws and regulations. Workforce movement indicators are filled out from the beginning of the year for employees who have work certificates in enterprises and organizations. The following are not included in the number of employees admitted and dismissed: external deputies; employees performing work under civil law contracts; employees involved in the organization for the purpose of supplying labor force under special contracts with organizations
