Calculation methodology (briefly)
The products of produced (raised) livestock and poultry are taken into account separately for each type of farm animal, as an increase in live weight of livestock and poultry. When determining the production of livestock and poultry for slaughter, the live weight of animals both sold for slaughter and slaughtered on their farm is taken into account. Young livestock sold for further reproduction is not included in the volume of sales for slaughter. Information on livestock and poultry produced for slaughter, in total (in live weight) in all categories of farms, is generated on a quarterly and annual basis. Information on livestock and poultry produced for slaughter, in total (in live weight) in all categories of farms, is submitted to the statistical authorities by farms, community gatherings of mahallas (dekhkan and subsidiary farms), and organizations engaged in agricultural activities. To generate information on livestock and poultry produced for slaughter, total (in live weight) in all categories of farms, data is used according to statistical reporting forms 1 fx shakli (annual) and 4 fx shakli (quarterly) “Report on farm activities”, 4 dx shakli ( quarterly) “Report on the activities of dekhkan and subsidiary farms”, 1 qx shakli (annual) and 4 qx shakli (quarterly) “Report on agricultural activities”, 1 kb shakliga ilova (qx) (annual) “Report on the agricultural activities of micro-firms and small enterprises"" and 4 kb (qx) ""Questionnaire on the agricultural activities of microfirms and small enterprises."" This indicator in the above reports is reflected in centners, and then converted into tons by dividing by 10.
