Calculation methodology
In the case of sectional commissioning of housing and civil engineering facilities, the number of buildings is entered upon completion and commissioning of the facility as a whole. External extensions to existing facilities are counted as separate buildings only if such extensions have a different functional nature than the facility (building) as a whole. Detached boiler houses, as well as outbuildings (warehouses, garages) are independent facilities. Premises built into buildings and intended for shops, canteens, hairdressers, studios, etc., the purpose of which is different from the main purpose of the building, are part of the main building. If buildings adjoin each other and have a common wall, but each of them represents an independent structural whole, then they are considered separate buildings and are counted accordingly.
